The UCLA Graduate Student Resource Center (GSRC) is a Graduate Students Association (GSA) initiative that is managed by Student Affairs. The GSRC is a resource, referral and information center for graduate and professional school students. We offer advice and assistance in dealing with the challenges of graduate school, as well as a number of workshops and programs done in collaboration with our campus partners. The GSRC works with GSA to organize the campus-wide Graduate Student Orientation and the Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Graduate Welcome Day. We are also the home of the Graduate Writing Center.

Conversations around self-care can sometimes focus too much on self-absorption and luxury spending. So to kick off the new year and new quarter, the GSRC and Res Life is offering a workshop for graduate students to explore self- care practices that require little to no money as well as provide a space to unwind and socialize. Students will have the opportunity to evaluate their current practices, set intentions for the new year, and create a self-care plan. Come out and enjoy free food, massages, low-impact yoga, learn about campus resources, and much more! There will also be a drawing!
