First-Gen Graduate Students
This series focuses on building a community for first-gen graduate students. The goal is to create a space for first-gen graduate students to share their experiences, connect with fellow peers, have meaningful conversations, and learn about resources. Some topics may include academic challenges, career, identity, mental health, etc. Navigating UCLA and graduate school as a first-gen can be challenging. This series aims to demystify the experience and form a collaborative space.
