Visa Document Scanning

We provide scanning and copies for visa related documents related to the Dashew Center requirements.
All registered graduate and professional students who need access to scan a visa related document (such as a passport) for the Dashew Center may speak with the Graduate Student Resource Center front desk staff about how to access this service.

Visa Related Documents

  • Admissions Proof: A Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) confirmation.
  • Passport: Copy of your valid passport's picture page.
  • Confidential Financial Statement (CFS): Proof of sufficient funds to cover tuition, fees, and living expenses for your first year.
  • Supporting Financial Documentation: Bank statements, award letters, or official sponsor letters confirming the funds declared on your CFS.
  • Transfer Documents: If transferring from another U.S. institution, a SEVIS Transfer Form and your previous school's I-20.
