Free Printing
GSRC offers graduate students access to 250 pages of free black and white printing per quarter * (including summer).
All registered graduate and professional students can receive 250 pages of printing each quarter (including summer).
To access your free printing, visit the Graduate Student Resource Center (SAC B-11) and logon to any of the computer workstations using your MyUCLA login credentials. Once logged in, you can view your remaining pages in the bottom lower right corner of the computer screen by clicking on the tree icon called Print Manager Plus. Print Manager Plus will display the number of pages remaining at the GSRC and other free campus printing labs.
Prints are black and white only. To access color printing or other advanced printing services, visit: UCLA Library Print-Copy-Scan. The 250 pages includes double sided printing (e.g. 1 paper double sided equals 2 printed pages). Printing counts will reset on the first official day of each quarter and a new 250 page allotment will be automatically added to your account. Scanning and copying services are not currently provided** and you can find other options on campus using UCLA Library’s Print-Copy-Scan: https://www.library.ucla.edu/use/access-privileges/print-copy-scan
* Sponsored by the UCLA Graduate Students Association
** Documents related to visa paperwork/Dashew requirements are the only exception: https://gsrc.ucla.edu/services/visa-document-scanning
